A decompression chamber is a place a diver hopes to stay away from. To experience a treatment in a decompression chamber I visited the one which is used by the University Hospital of Antwerp in Belgium. At First an intodructional lecture was given about the treatments the hospital provides. After this I had the change to visit the decompression chamber and I experienced a dry dive to a depth of 30 meters. For treatment also pure oxygen is used but it wasn’t during the example treatment.
